Whether it's household waste, recyclables, food scraps or yard waste, the Town offers you a wide range of residual materials collections. Don't miss a single date: consult our collections calendar. Let's work together to reduce the tonnage of waste sent to landfill!
To repair, replace or request a new green or brown wheeled bin, please fill in the form below. Service will be continuous, not on a set day. An employee will contact you after submitting your form with instructions and an appointment.
To repair, replace or request a new blue wheeled bin, make sure you complete the form below. The service is provided by USD Global, a subcontractor of Éco-entreprise Québec, the organization responsible for recovery, and usually takes place on Thursdays. A confirmation will be sent to you by text message.
The Town cannot be held responsible for theft or breakage of your garbage collection containers.
The claim will be handled by the garbage collection company. The latter will decide what compensation may be obtained.
To collect branches on a current Thursday, please fill in the form before 11:00 on Wednesday.

If you have a private collection service, collections must occur on the same days as the municipal collections.
Place your bins after 19:00 the evening before or before 7:00 on collection day.
Position bins within your driveway, 15 to 30 cm (6 to 12 inches) apart from each other.
Ensure the front of the bin (with the collection type label) faces the street.
No bins or bags are allowed on public property (sidewalks or streets) unless specifically authorized by the Town.
Leave at least 30 cm (12 inches) between each bin to allow the mechanical arms to pick them up.
Make sure no objects or vehicles block access to the bins.
All lids must be fully closed and free of debris.
Improperly placed, overweight, or obstructed bins will not be emptied. No bins or containers should be placed on the public roadway.
Mistakes can happen. Before contacting us, please make sure you followed all collection instructions.
Ask yourself:
Did you place the bin out after the truck had already passed?
Was the lid open instead of fully closed?
Was there any prohibited material inside the bin?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, your bin was non-compliant and you will need to wait until the following week for collection.
If so, the truck may still be completing its round.
If you have followed all instructions and by 19:00 your bin has not been emptied, please bring it back in and notify us by email or by leaving a voicemail before 10:00 the next morning, specifying your address and the type of collection:
