IMPORTANT: You must sign up for govillemo to continue receiving all TMR citizen alerts.
Launched on April 1, 2026, the govillemo citizen portal will generate all emergency alerts and regular notifications. This new portal will improve the coordination of communications by using a single centralized platform to reach and inform TMR residents.
Following the cybersecurity incident that affected the database of the US company CodeRED in late 2025, the Town made the decision to replace this service and to review its entire alert and notification system.
The portal will be accessible via three platforms; for the time being, only the web version is available. Once you have created your citizen account on any of the platforms, you will be able to use the same login details to access the platform of your choice:
See the Registration section below to complete your registration on govillemo.
If you have any questions about this change in the communication tools, please read the FAQ we have prepared for this purpose, or write to govillemo@town.mount-royal.qc.ca.
Once you have registered for the govillemo.ca portal, you will receive emergency alerts by phone, text message, push notification or email. You can also choose to receive regular notifications via text message, push notification or email based on your interests, by selecting the topics of your choice (town council, waste collection, leisure, roads and maintenance, etc.).
In the event of an emergency, you will recognize a call from the alert portal on your phone display by this phone number: 1 855 734-5070.
Please make sure you save this number in your contacts under 'TMR Alerts' to recognize it more easily.
