Launch of the New Villemo Conversational Robot on the Town's Website

The Town of Mount Royal is pleased to announce the arrival of Villemo, its brand new conversational robot, which will go live on the municipal website at 13:30 on Thursday, June 26.

Its objective: to improve access to information, facilitate communication between the Town and its residents, and offer quick, customized answers to frequently asked questions.

Thanks to Villemo, residents will be able to obtain information more easily and quickly, without having to carry out lengthy searches. This interactive tool will also enable us to analyze user requests to better understand the needs of the population and optimize our municipal services.

Responsibly designed, Villemo fully respects users' privacy and retains no personal information. Exchanges are secure and confidential, ensuring a simple, efficient and respectful experience.

And this is just the beginning: Villemo will continue to improve and become more relevant over time, as the community's needs and interactions continue to grow.
