Most of the planned bike network improvements have been completed. Only two sections could not be completed, namely on Lucerne and in the Town centre; they will be finalized as soon as Hydro-Québec and the REM have completed their work.
Here is an update on the planned work:

Several maintenance and repair works were undertaken and completed throughout the city this summer.

Paving work on Canora and Graham in the Town centre – completed
Jacketing of the water main network in the Town centre – completed

Lighting for the tennis courts at Mohawk Park – completed
Library roof repair – completed
Installation of four charging stations in the underground and outdoor parking lots at City Hall – completed

Mid- to Long-Term Works
Several projects are underway or planned for 2025 to 2028:
Reconstruction of the front steps of Town Hall – underway, completion scheduled for fall 2025
Renovation of tennis courts at Mohawk Park – underway, completion scheduled for spring 2026
Construction of the new S Community and Sports Centre (SCC) – underway, completion scheduled for spring 2028
Reconstruction of the street and Hydro-Québec work on Bates Road – underway and scheduled for completion in spring 2026
Redevelopment of the Norway/Kindersley intersection – underway and scheduled for completion by the end of October 2025
Construction of a new fire station and administrative offices on Roosevelt Avenue – work to begin in fall 2025 and scheduled for completion at the end of 2027
Redevelopment of the Churchill/Montgomery/Glencoe intersection – underway, fall 2025
Noise barrier along the REM on Dunkirk and Canora, between Côte-de-Liesse and downtown – work scheduled for spring/summer 2026
Repair of architectural concrete at the library – work to begin in spring 2026 and scheduled for completion in fall 2026
Installation of two public electric vehicle charging stations in the Town centre – summer 2026
Energy-saving measures for buildings in Danyluk Park – work to begin in summer 2026 and scheduled for completion in fall 2026
