Hydro-Québec Work – Exceptional Start at 7:00 on Saturday, July 12 Hydro-Québec continues its work on Lucerne Street, between Jean-Talon Street and Kindersley Avenue, until July 18, 2025. Exceptionally, on Saturday, July 12, the work will start at 7:00 instead of 9:00, as normally required for municipal work. This exception has been granted to meet the tight project schedule and to reduce the overall duration of the site. The planned interventions mainly consist of backfill and demobilization work. No excessive noise or uproar is anticipated. The Town wishes to inform residents in advance of this exceptional measure. Thank you for your understanding.
