Migration of the Public Security IT platform

This morning, Public Security completed the migration of its IT platform to a web-based version; this change may cause some difficulties for users.

Although the department aims to minimize the impact as much as possible through enhanced dispatch procedures and prioritized officer response, issues may arise with the web-based platform for parking permits and other operations-related services.

Please bear in mind that you may experience longer than usual waiting times over the next few days when calling Public Security.
