Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO)
Calls for tenders greater than $100,000 are posted on Quebec government's Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO) website. All calls for tenders listed on SEAO currently open.
Also listed on the SEAO website are the contracts awarded by Town of Mount Royal that involve the expenditure of $25,000 or more. These are tenders that have been accepted.

By-Law No. 1458 on Contract Management
The Town of Mount Royal has adopted a by-law on contract management that promotes transparency in the granting of municipal contracts and ensures compliance with all rules when awarding them. The by-law applies to all calls for tenders and requires that all suppliers adhere to it.

- Call for tenders by invitation (by telephone, fax or email) to at least two qualified suppliers.
- Contract awarded by the Material Resources Division up to $24,999.99 (including taxes) upon approval by the Town Manager ($5,000 to $24,999.99).

Direct Deposit Service
To register to direct deposit, suppliers need only fill out the proper form and return it to the Town along with a company cheque with VOID written across the front. The cheque can be scanned and electronic documents should be sent to cf-ap@ville.mont-royal.qc.ca.
