Our Town Is Evolving, One Construction Project at a Time!
Construction is moving forward on Roosevelt Avenue! Work on the new municipal building at 30-40 Roosevelt and the Sports and Community Centre (CSC) continues, marking significant progress on two major projects for the Town of Mount Royal.
On September 16, Mayor Peter Malouf, accompanied by members of Town Council, visited the 30-40 Roosevelt construction site to see the progress firsthand. The future building will house Fire Station No. 74 SIM, Public Security, Engineering and Environment and Urban Planning and Development departments, bringing essential services together in modern facilities better suited to residents' needs.
Meanwhile, construction of the Sports and Community Centre is also progressing. This new facility will provide residents with spaces dedicated to sports, recreational and community activities, helping foster an active and connected community.
Both projects represent significant investments in Mount Royal's future. They aim to modernize municipal infrastructure and provide durable, functional facilities that will serve the community for years to come.
