NEW: Committee on Sustainable Development and Climate Change

The Committee on Sustainable Development and Climate Change is now officially formed and was announced yesterday at the regular meeting of the Town Council.

The Committee's mandate will cover the following topics: 

• Propose measures to address climate change;
• Review and propose comments for updating the 2021-2025 sustainable development plan;
• Propose orientations on environmental issues such as waste management, environmental nuisances, greenhouse gases, tree protection, etc;
• Any other matter referred to it by the Council.
