Reminder: Respect and Courtesy at all Times

The Town’s staff are at the heart of the various municipal services and are on the front line when it comes to answering residents’ questions. 

Recently, we have observed a lack of respect and courtesy from certain individuals who are dissatisfied with the works, obstructions or inconveniences caused by repairs, detours or road closures. It is everyone’s responsibility to maintain a respectful atmosphere towards the person answering your calls.
