Adjustment to the Bike Lane Configuration – Graham Boulevard

Our technical staff has been monitoring the evolution of the bike lane project on Graham blvd. since it’s implementation. We are happy to see that it is well used and seems to answer the needs.

For the section from Kindersley towards Connaught park, despite the situation with respect to parking not being the same as on the other side of the median (direction towards the metropolitain), The Town will make changes by inverting the parking and bike lane. Therefore the parking will be next to the sidewalk and the bike path between the parking and driving lane.

This modification will be done shortly as soon as the street markings are completed.

As mentioned since the beginning, the bike path project is being monitored in order to ensure it is the best configuration. The up-coming modification will therefore also be monitored and evaluated in order to establish which is the best scenario.
