News Temporary Parking Exemption in the Plymouth Avenue Area

Temporary Parking Exemption in the Plymouth Avenue Area

Due to the major construction work currently underway in the area, the Public Security Department is applying a temporary enforcement tolerance for time-limited parking restrictions on the following streets:

  • Plymouth
  • Norway
  • Eden
  • Marlboro
  • Pitt
  • Manella
  • Duncan
  • Johnson

This measure will remain in effect until October 15, 2026, and is intended to provide affected residents with additional parking options closer to their homes.

Please note: This tolerance applies only to time-limited parking restrictions. All other provisions of the Highway Safety Code and municipal by-laws remain in effect and must be respected, including:

  • no-parking zones;
  • parking near fire hydrants;
  • parking within three metres of a private driveway;
  • all other applicable parking restrictions.

At this time, no temporary parking permits or additional measures are planned.

We thank residents for their understanding and cooperation throughout the construction period.
