Over the next few days, demolition work will begin at 2460 Chemin Rockland, the site of the former Petro-Canada service station.
The demolition will be followed by the construction of a new Petro-Canada service station to the new standards; the service station will feature an A&W restaurant offering drive-through service.
The new service station will also have a new configuration, reducing the number of car entrances from 5 to 3. The work will involve obstructing the public domain. Signs will be posted where motorists can see them, and construction crews will be on hand to direct traffic as required.
All demolition and construction work are expected to be completed for beginning of 2026.
