The TMR Public Market and Food Trucks are Back!
The public market is back in Mount Royal!
Producers and processors will gather in Connaught Park, on the pedestrian sidewalk and the pergola, every Thursday from 15:00 to 19:00, June 18 to October 1, 2026.
This high quality public market offers a wide range of products from local farms. It's a great way to get your hands on fresh produce while having a great time in the heart of our Garden City.
New this year: throughout the season, we’ll be welcoming special guests—farmers and cheesemakers—to diversify our offerings and introduce new flavors.
Every week during the beautiful season, we will be fortunate to find the most environmentally friendly artisans of the land, the most passionate farmers and the most meticulous processors. Enjoy!
Parking on Thursdays
As you know, there is currently construction underway in the Town, which can sometimes make it difficult to get around Connaught Park.
To make things easier for vendors and food trucks to get ready, please follow the signs to the designated parking areas if you wish to visit the market and enjoy the food truck that will be on site.
The parking options available to you are:
- The outdoor parking in front of the Recreation centre at 60, Roosevelt Avenue
- Moyle Road
- Outdoor and indoor parking at Town Hall at 90, Roosevelt Avenue (free)
Enjoy good street food all summer
Food trucks have been a great success in Mount Royal in the past and are back this summer. For 2026, a truck will be on site every Thursday from 15:00 to 19:00, from June 18 to September 24. It will be parked in the same location as in previous years, along the Laird side of Connaught Park.

This weekly event is an opportunity to get together with family and friends and enjoy a variety of dishes that will please all food lovers and epicureans.
The Town is upholding its eco-friendly requirements for food trucks: all supplies, including plates and utensils, must be compostable. The same goes for its general non-competition requirements with respect to permanent restaurants in the Town Centre area, whose menus cannot, in essence, be duplicated.
