Commercial and industrial real estate: consult ZOOM Grand Montréal
Since 2018, the Town of Mount Royal has been referring all requests to the ZOOM Grand Montréal website. This tool was launched by the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
The site helps companies decide where to open or relocate. It lists offices, lots and any other appropriate industrial or commercial space, either for sale or lease, in the Greater Montreal area.
An investor can add his own criteria and navigate through different thematic maps, including labour force, demographics, economic analysis of the sector, etc.
