Please be advised that the Town of Mount Royal Council meeting will be held in front of a live audience and webcast live.
The Schofield Hall will accommodate all public participants that health regulations at the time of the meeting will allow.
Doors open at 18:45. A one-metre distance inside the hall is still recommended.
The agenda meeting will be available online the Friday before the meeting.
HOW TO VIEW THE MEETING VIA WEBCAST
To view the live webcast of the Town Council meeting, residents are invited to visit kastio.com/go/ville-de-mont-royal at the appropriate time.
The meeting will then be available for replay on the Town's YouTube channel.
HOW TO ASK QUESTIONS
IN PERSON DURING THE MEETING
At the invitation of the Town Council during the meeting, participants will be able to ask questions at the microphone during one of the two question periods on the agenda as it was possible to do before the pandemic. Limit to one question and sub-question per resident, per question period. Note: Following the elimination of sanitary measures by the Government of Quebec, the Town will no longer receive questions electronically.

The meetings also provide Council with the opportunity to receive your questions, requests and comments.
