How to submit questions
Although it will be held in camera, the meeting will include a question and answer period for the public. According to the Law, during a special meeting only questions that have to do with the agenda may be asked.
Residents are invited to direct their questions to QuestionsConseilVMR@ville.mont-royal.qc.ca before Friday, August 28, 2020, 8:30. Only questions received during this period will be answered during the Council meeting.
Important: Just as when residents come to the microphone during an ordinary public meeting, the Town asks participants to identify themselves in their e-mail and to include their name and address. Questions that remain anonymous or that do not include the necessary information will not be considered during the in-camera meeting of Town Council.
Among all questions received, priority will be given to questions from Mount Royal residents.
