How to submit questions
Although it will be held in camera, the meeting will include a question and answer period for the public. Limit of one question and sub-question per resident. The preamble should be kept short and questions that are too long will be summarized; the Town invites you to aim for a maximum of 175 words. Residents must direct their questions to QuestionsConseilVMR@ville.mont-royal.qc.ca before Monday, February 22, at 13:00.
Only questions received before this deadline will be answered during the Council meeting. No assurance is given that all questions will be answered. Questions that are irrelevant or not in keeping with decorum will be ignored.
Important: Just as when residents come to the microphone during an ordinary public meeting, the Town asks participants to identify themselves in their e-mail and to include their name and address. Questions that remain anonymous or that do not include the necessary information will not be considered during the in-camera meeting of Town Council.
Among all questions received, priority will be given to questions from Mount Royal residents.
